Can I change the design if I am not satisfied ?

Yes, you can change your design if you are not satisfied. I keep on working until your are 100% satisfied, or I will refund 100% of your money.

Can I request further revisions after the design phase?

Yes, but a small charge will apply. if you are requesting a small change (change the logo, change the title, author or subtitle) a small charge of $15 applies to cover my time. Major revisions are charged at $39.

Why can’t I use ecover genrator software instead?

Well, you could use ebook cover software instead of using my services, if you are prepared to spend hours of your valuable time figuring out all of the frustrating variables that make a professional ecover design.

Ecover generator software are further limited because you are forced to use standardised ecover templated, which will also impact on your creativity.

The end result will more than likely be dull and boring and just like everybody elses ecovers, which leaves you back where you started, feeling frustrated and aggravated!

How long does it take to design my eBook Cover or Mini Site ?

I work on a 48 hour turnaround once I commence work on your project. Your order will usually be completed within 5 business days after you place the order. But, this depends on how many revisions are required.

How do I get my files?

I upload your designs onto my web site and send you a link after the design phase has been finalised.

You simply click on the link to download the files.

I compress the file into a zip file to make it easier and to reduce the download times. If you do not have winzip you can download it form winzip.com

I can also mail a CD containing your designs if you would prefer, but a fee of $15 + postage and handling is charged.

What kind of file formats will I get later ?

All files sent to you will contain two file formats which are JPEG, GIF and PNG. All of these formats are already optimized so that they will load quickly when your website is viewed.

Who are you using to process my payments?

I am currently using paypal to process my payments because they are one of the most reliable and secure payment processing facilities on the internet. They also accept all types of credit cards as well as bank transfer.

How secure is your payment site?

I use paypal to process all of my transactions because they offer a secure way to process your payment. The order page is fully encrypted and I do not see any of your financial details.

Can I pay you by Check or money Order?

Yes, you can pay me by cheque or money order, but I do not commence work on your project until the check or money order has been cleared.

Can I use the ecovers as a physical cover?

No, ecovers are not suitable to be used as physical covers. However, I do offer a package that will provide you with an ecover and a physical book cover. The physical book covers are designed at a higher resolution and are specifically designed to meet your printers template reuqirements.

Do you only provide ecovers?

No, I also design physical book covers, DVD covers and cd covers.
